California Appoints William Fong
William Fong, AAAB director, Executive Vice President, East West Bank has been appointed by the California Commission for Economic Development (ECD) Chair, Lt. Governor John Garamendi to serve on the Commission�s Goods Movement and International Trade Advisory Committee.
The bipartisan CED, consisting of government, community, labor, business, and education leaders, provides policy advice and recommendations to the Governor, Legislature, and private sectors to improve the economic well being and quality of life for all Californians through local and statewide economic development. The Goods Movement and International Advisory Committee will provide expertise regarding goods movement in the state, identify key challenges to the industry�s growth and offer recommendations for solution.
